Performance, 180’2022, in Exhibition Fragile, Handle with Care, ACG Gallery, Athens, Greece
During “Exhibition Fragile: Handle With Care” in the ACG Gallery, the audience was invited into a space of meditation and closure. Guided through a silent ritual, participants were given an old history book and encouraged to find something to let go. They chose words, carefully cut them out, and lit them on re with matches. The discreet action was broadcasted on a large-scale projection in the performance space, allowing each word to linger in the room before it perished. Performer and participants co-created a pile of ashes, lled with profound meaning, cherished, then let go.
